I’m an absolute sucker for mint chocolate. Those from down under, remember Roses? I siphoned off the green-wrapped ones as quickly as I could if a box was being passed around. My eating habits may have changed since then, but my fondness for the flavour combo has not. So why not make an option that’s a lot better for my gut? Challenge accepted.
My recipe uses grass-fed gelatin, which I was introduced to somewhere along my gut-healing journey. But it was Sarah Wilson’s Simplicious that really taught me how to use it.
